燃煤導(dǎo)生鍋爐為組裝式強(qiáng)制循環(huán)液相鍋爐。本系列鍋爐應(yīng)用于供熱溫度390℃化工企業(yè),針對導(dǎo)生(聯(lián)苯-聯(lián)苯醚)的特點,按照低點排凈、高點放空進(jìn)行設(shè)計,受熱面充足,由輻射受熱的密排方形盤管和錯列設(shè)計的對流蛇管組成。導(dǎo)生鍋爐尾部布置余熱蒸汽鍋爐和空氣預(yù)熱器,可降低排煙溫度,提高系統(tǒng)效率。
為提高鍋爐的an全性,材料選用耐熱合金剛管材,對接采用100%射線探傷,角焊采用100%表面探傷。
采用水冷前后拱,降低停電后爐墻蓄熱,保護(hù)前后拱的使用壽命。
采用PLC控制技術(shù)和變頻器調(diào)節(jié),使出口導(dǎo)生溫度控制在設(shè)定溫度±1℃范圍內(nèi)
